Live at Home Schemes aim to tackle loneliness in later life by providing a variety of community activities that promote social inclusion including exercise classes and day trips, lunch and breakfast clubs, assisted shopping and befriending services

Music is truly magical - it can alleviate isolation and the symptoms for those living with dementia by helping to unlock special memories and express emotions and feelings that other forms of communication cannot, even if the individual is no longer able to speak or respond to other people’s words

Where your money goes...

MHA is a national charity governed by a voluntary board. As we do not have shareholders we are able to invest every penny of our surplus, along with any charitable income raised and donated by amazing people like you, into maintaining and developing new services for the benefit of older people.
