With thousands of people lining the course filled with the capital's best landmarks, the Virgin Money London Marathon is one of the biggest and best running events in the world!
The London Marathon is one the most famous runs in the world. Join 45,000 other runners on this legendary course through the streets of London and past some of the most iconic sites in the capital including Buckingham Palace, Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament. What's more, the atmosphere is absolutely electric!

The Virgin Money London Marathon starts in Greenwich Park, next to the Greenwich Observatory.
We do not have any charity places available, however if you have secured your own place in the 2018 Virgin Money London Marathon we would love to have you on the MHA team.

£6 could help us deliver a week's Telebuddies service, providing a regular phone call to check on five isolated older people living alone.
£50 could train a volunteer befriender for an isolated older person, helping to reduce loneliness and isolation in their own home.
